Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior BI Developer to support our data and analytics team in designing, building, and maintaining Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in data, reporting, and visualization, with basic knowledge of BI tools and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining BI dashboards and reports.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.

• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements.

• Support data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting of BI solutions.

• Document BI processes, data models, and reporting standards.

• Learn and work with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

• Contribute to improving data visualization and storytelling for decision-making.

The successful candidate will be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or H4 visa holder. This role offers both W2-Permanent and W2-Contract options with full-time hours.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team to develop and implement BI solutions
• Analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
• Assist in the design and development of data models and database architecture
• Work with Ab Initio tool to extract, transform, and load data
• Maintain and update existing BI systems as required

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per annum, reflecting the level of experience and expertise of the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of database structures and data modeling
