About the Role:
We are looking for an ITSM Administrator to manage, configure, and support IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, or similar) and a solid understanding of ITIL practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure ITSM tools to support incident, problem, change, and service request management

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure tool availability

• Support ITSM workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements

• Provide end-user support and training for ITSM tools

• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures

• Ensure compliance with ITIL and organizational standards

Job Overview

Job Roles & Responsibilities

As an ITSM Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the service management platform. You will work closely with other team members to develop and implement innovative solutions for our clients. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any ITSM related issues.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in IT Software, specifically in a service management role. Experience with Ab Initio is a plus. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card, H4, L2, STEM, OPT).
