Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at The Seaport. Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and create an inviting, engaging in-store experience.
• Guide and assist customers with product selections and recommendations.
• Provide knowledgeable insight about product features, promotions, and events.
• Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Collaborate with team members to hit daily and weekly sales goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to elevate the guest experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and guest inquiries professionally.
• Restock inventory and conduct periodic inventory checks.
• Assist with special events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Follow cash handling and register procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience (specialty retail, grocery, or hospitality a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and highly customer-focused.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and comfort operating point-of-sale systems.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 10–30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to climb stairs, reach overhead, and maintain mobility throughout the store.
