The Historic Russian & Turkish Baths is currently hiring Hosts/Cashiers to join our front-of-house team. We're seeking outgoing, dependable, and customer-focused individuals who are enthusiastic about hospitality and wellness.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and guide guests through the spa experience with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle check-ins and transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Provide guests with essentials such as robes, towels, and spa accessories.
• Answer inquiries and educate visitors about the facility, treatments, and policies.
• Promote and upsell spa passes and retail products.
• Manage customer concerns with care and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
• Communicate clearly with spa staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Represent the spa’s brand with a consistently polished and friendly demeanor.
• Support management with shift coverage as needed.

Requirements:
