Essential Functions (include but not limited to):

• Designing and producing interactive online content, including email templates, and social media.
• Collaborating with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
• Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
• Transforming wireframe into intuitive user interfaces.
• Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
• Provide advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have a strong understanding of digital design, typography, copy editing and use of photography.
• Solid background in digital, branding and production, with a good understanding of preparing files to meet specs for multiple digital platforms. (Social media and web).
• Deep knowledge with Web design processes
• Experience designing e-commerce websites or advertising.
• Must be able to execute quality control on own work as well as that of others.
• Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in design/creative studies.
• Expert in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Acrobat Professional including digital workflow via annotations.
• Understanding of Magento.
• Experience in web marketing/web design with a strong understanding of HTML, Photoshop, FTP, web design and development principles.
• XD knowledge is a plus.
