Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Accurately process customer transactions at the cash register, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Maintain knowledge of store products to effectively upsell and promote additional items to customers.
• Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is organized and displayed attractively.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving for resolution.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Assist in inventory management by reporting low stock levels and participating in stock counts as needed.
• Uphold store policies regarding returns, exchanges, and other customer service protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.
