About the Role:
We are seeking an Agile Business Analyst to work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in Agile environments and a strong understanding of business processes, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

• Work with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations

• Maintain clear communication between business and technical teams

Salary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT software or related field.
• Proven experience in using Ab Initio software or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary
