• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Perform site preparation tasks, including digging trenches or clearing debris.
• Assist with installing structures and fixtures according to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
