Qualifications:

• BA/BS or associates degree in accounting
• Minimum of 1-3 years of financial reporting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to interact with various levels within an organization
• Strong Excel skills

Responsibilities:

• Record month-end adjusting, accrual, inventory, & payroll entries
• Perform accounts payable function by recording invoices into quick books and preparing checks for payment
• Actively participate in the month-end close process
• Preparation of petty cash bank reconciliations
• Research and record credit & debit card expenses into the general ledger
• Maintain & manage various account analysis reports in MS excel
• Perform miscellaneous data entry, clerical & filing roles

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
