In the United States, Flipspaces has grown tremendously during this financial year. New avenues are being explored to further expand our market share in the United States’ Real Estate landscape. As the US operations are growing in Flipspaces, the opportunities to learn and contribute to your roles is immense. Fresh ideas are welcomed with open minds and our team is encouraged to take initiatives that can help them grow in their roles and expand their overall horizon.
Key Responsibilities:
· To identify architects, contracts, sub-contractors using secondary, primary research.
· Out reaching accounts using emails and other channels.
· Creating a network of architects / contractors, sub contractors
· Use social media tools such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc. to connect with accounts
· Adhere to company policies, procedures, culture, and business values.
· Create a healthy relationship with the service providers
· Evaluate the quality and scale of previous work / projects of the service providers
· Establish long term rate agreements with the service providers
· Provide accurate and timely information as required to managers and senior management.
Desired Candidate & Skills:
· Bachelor's Degree or a highly relevant practical experience.
· 1-3 years proven experience in prospecting, lead generation
· Experience of working collaboratively in the data/Market research or sales & marketing team.
· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
· Should have good communication skills.
Ideal Candidate:
· Good presentation skills, service oriented with a positive attitude, hardworking and driven, competent IT skills, Good with MS Excel, Google Sheets,
· Excellent research and networking skills
