Job Summary:

We are looking for a Backend Java Developer with 1–3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications and services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud/DevOps tools, focusing on building scalable and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, or related frameworks.
Implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support application functionality and system integration.
Develop and optimize server-side logic, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for data storage and management.
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high code quality standards.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
Ensure applications adhere to security, compliance, and performance best practices.
Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
