Responsibilities:

• Presenting and selling of products/ services using well - mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers.
• Upselling, Cross Selling to the potential customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups. Personal attention & relationship with customers.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
• Participating in Exhibitions organized by the company.
• Job may need travel & work during weekends (Fri - Mon) across cities in USA for exhibitions and Shows, other than regular store sales.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Freshers are also preferred having a knack for retail sales & travel.
• Knowledge and understanding of gold, diamond & precious stones will be an added advantage.
• Person should be mobile & tech savvy.
• Outstanding persuasive & convincing communication and presentation skills (bilingual preferred).
• Ready to work with team in a collaborative and cohesive environment.
• US Work Status is compulsory.
