.NET Developer Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to design, develop, and support scalable applications for our direct clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and SQL Server, with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
Build and consume REST APIs / Web Services.
Work with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server for database development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and security.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core / .NET 6+.
Hands-on knowledge of MVC architecture.
Expertise in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, triggers).
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
Experience with Azure Cloud (preferred).
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Blazor, Angular, or React.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
