1. Accounting Clerk (QuickBooks)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. This person will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

•Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks

•Prepare A/P and A/R reports

•Perform bank reconciliations

•Handle credit card reconciliations

•Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

•Experience with QuickBooks (required)

•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•Basic knowledge of accounting principles

2. Customer Service / Inside Sales (Paper Industry)

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team in the paper industry. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist sales representatives with pro forma invoices and purchase orders

•Coordinate loads from our location to vendors and customer locations

•Manage inventory and logistics

•Provide excellent customer service to clients

•Support the sales process by ensuring smooth order and delivery flow

Qualifications:

•Prior experience in customer service or inside sales (paper industry experience is a plus)

•Strong communication and organizational skills

•Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
