HR Manager Job Description
- Must be onsite 5 days a week from 8:30AM-5:30PM EST
- Must monitor the consultants attendance, breaktimes, submissions, interviews and etc...etc..
- Explain our processes to the new consultants and onboard them
- Guide the new candidates on documentation
- Must be able to work independently
- Able to complete/finalize the paperwork with the help of offshore team once they got placed.
- Keep an eye on the guest houses like allocation, who is staying, their spending ,performance and etc…etc..
