Job Summary – Entry-Level Tableau Developer

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Entry-Level Tableau Developer to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in data visualization concepts and a strong interest in working with data to drive business insights. This role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards and reports using Tableau, with opportunities to work on data preparation, integration, and analysis. Familiarity with SQL, databases, and cloud/ETL tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports.
Support the integration of Tableau dashboards into web portals or enterprise platforms.
Participate in performance tuning and optimization of Tableau workbooks and data sources.
Document reporting solutions, data models, and dashboard functionality.
Learn and apply best practices for data visualization, usability, and storytelling.
Support deployment and version control using tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, or Tableau Server/Cloud.
