Job Summary – Entry-Level Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Salesforce Developer to join our CRM and development team. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of the Salesforce platform and an interest in customizing and developing scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves working on configuration, development, and integration tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business processes. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and customization of Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components under the guidance of senior developers.
Use Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules) to automate business processes.
Support data migration, import/export, and data integrity efforts using tools like Data Loader or Workbench.
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to understand system requirements.
Assist in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce components.
Document technical specifications, solutions, and user guides.
Learn and apply Salesforce best practices for development, security, and performance.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform features and certifications.
