- Hands-on knowledge in developing Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
- Good knowledge of salesforce recommended best practice around design and development.
- Understanding of object-oriented concepts(OOP), abstraction/inheritance, as well as experience with object-oriented languages.
- HTML, Javascript, jQuery, CSS.
- Salesforce Administrator

- Service Cloud/ Sales Cloud knowledge
- Proactive thinking
- Knowledge on REST API, integrations with Third Party systems.
- Knowledge using efficient methodologies (such as Agile - Extreme programming, or test driven development) and continuous deployment tools (such as VS Code, Git/BitBucket and Circle CI).
