Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced QA Automation Tester to join our talented team at Tekarch technology. Based in New Jersey, NB, this role offers an hourly wage of $25 - $35. Your primary responsibility will be quality assurance for our software and services, utilizing a variety of testing methods and tools.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Salary

The position offers an hourly wage of $25 - $35, based on experience and qualifications. The employment type is flexible, with options for W2-Permanent, W2-Contract, or 1099-Contract.

Qualifications

Prospective candidates should have between 0-4 years of relevant experience in the field. Valid work visa, US Citizenship, Green Card, EAD/TN, H4, F1, L2, STEM, OPT, and CPT are all acceptable statuses for applicants.

Skills

• ASP .Net: Experience with developing applications using ASP .NET framework.
• Web Services: Proficient in utilizing various web services.
• Java: Comfortable with Java programming language.
• Quality Assurance: Proven track record in maintaining high-quality standards.
• Selenium: Experience with Selenium testing tool.
• SOAP UI: Familiarity with SOAP UI for API testing.
• Manual Testing: Skilled in manual testing techniques.
• Unit Testing: Proficiency in unit testing to verify small pieces of code.
• Automated Testing: Experience with automated testing tools and techniques.
