Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated QA Automation Tester to join our team in New York, NY. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in testing software applications and has a keen eye for detail. Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing test plans for software applications.
- Identifying, isolating, and reporting defects and verifying defect fixes.
- Working closely with the development team to ensure quality control.
- Performing both manual and automated testing methodologies.
Salary
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $27 - $35.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Valid work visa, U.S. citizen, green card, or EAD / TN status required.
- Possibility for F1, L2, H2B, STEM, OPT, and CPT visa holders.
Skills
- ASP .Net: Familiarity with ASP .Net framework for building applications.
- Web Services: Knowledge of web services and their interfaces.
- Java: Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Quality Assurance: Strong understanding of quality assurance processes.
- Selenium: Experience in using Selenium for automated testing.
- SOAP UI: Familiarity with SOAP UI for testing web services.
- Python: Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Functional Testing: Experience in conducting functional testing to ensure software quality.
- Manual Testing: Familiarity with manual testing methods and techniques.
