Human Resources Manager Job Description
Till September 2025 , 100% Remote . We are an IT startup Consulting Company with Couple of employees going forward will be on H1B and different work Visas, We are looking for a person kind of All-in one for HR (Signing Authority for offer letters, Experience letters, and Any immigration related documents to be Sent to USCIS) .
As the Owner and CEO of the Company are not local, we are looking for a person who can sit in office. Initially to start with this can be a Part time for 4-6 hrs a day based on your schedule you can work . Hybrid 2 days in office , 3 Days Remote for now . We May require 4 days in office going forward.
