Job Overview

We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated QA Automation Tester to join our team at Tekarch Technology. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our software programs run smoothly, as they will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests to ensure product quality. The QA Automation Tester will be based in New York, NY and will be compensated at a competitive hourly rate of $27 - $35.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.

Salary

The QA Automation Tester position offers a competitive hourly wage of $27 - $35. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• A valid work visa is required.

Skills

• Experience with ASP .Net, Web Services, Java, and Python programming languages.
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Selenium, SOAP UI, and Manual Testing.
• Ability to script and automate tests.
