Job Overview

Tekarch Technology is seeking a dedicated and proficient QA Automation Tester to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our IT software and services. You will be tasked with creating and executing automated testing plans for our ASP .Net and Java-based applications, as well as web services. Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated tests using tools such as Selenium and SOAP UI.
• Ensure the functionality of our IT software and services through rigorous testing.
• Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs or errors found during testing.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop effective strategies and test plans.

Salary

The salary for this position is competitive, with an hourly rate between $25 and $35, depending on your experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 0-25 years of experience in QA / Testing.
• A valid work visa is required.
• Experience with ASP .Net, Web Services, Java, Quality Assurance, Selenium, SOAP UI, Python, Functional Testing, and QTP / Selenium.

Skills

• Proficient in ASP .Net: Experience in developing applications using this framework is necessary.
• Knowledge of Web Services: Candidate should be able to test web services effectively.
• Java: Proficiency in Java is required for testing Java-based applications.
• Quality Assurance: The applicant must have a solid background in quality assurance.
