Minimum work experience 2+ years of software development, 2 years of Demandware/Salesforce Commerce application development Experience working with Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), should be a certified person in Sales force commerce cloud Retail / B2C ecommerce experience in site merchandising operations, reporting, site search, campaign & promotions management and maintenance Strong experience in ecommerce domain (PIM, OMS, CRM, integrating branded content sites) Strong knowledge on web development technologies including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX - Experience in multi-system integration DevOps experienced Should have knowledge on SCRUM
Good experience in managing a team of at least ten members. Should have good experience in Client interaction Leadership: - Can coach & mentor the team, can proactively initiate good operations practice Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and the business - Strong customer services skills focusing on customer success - Strong organizational and planning skills
Both Certification (Admin and Developer) is MUST
