Design and implement chatbots to automate customer service and support functions. Create and maintain SQL queries and database connections to support RPA solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design automation solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for RPA solutions, including technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure quality and accuracy. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions, including monitoring and maintenance. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in RPA, chatbots, and other automation tools.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and test automation workflows using RPA.
• Work as a part of an Agile team to meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Use automation testing and QA skills to ensure the quality of developed bots.
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, and development tools.
• Integrate RPA with existing systems using the Blue Prism tool.

Salary

The annual salary for this role ranges from $89,000 to $115,000, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in IT Software.
• Experience in automation testing and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Proficiency in Blue Prism is required.
