Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Tester to join our team at Tekarch Technology in North Carver, MA. This job requires a hands-on approach to software development and a keen eye for detail. Your main role will be to conduct thorough testing of our software applications to ensure quality and functionality. This opportunity is open to individuals on a W2-Permanent, W2-Contract, or 1099-Contract basis. Applicants must have a valid work visa, and can be a US Citizen, Green card holder, or have an H4, F1, L2, OPT, or CPT visa status.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Your duties will include but not limited to:

Creating and executing manual and automated test cases
Working closely with the development team to ensure quality assurance
Identifying, recording, and documenting thoroughly any bugs or issues

Salary

The salary for this position is competitive, with an hourly rate of $25 - $35, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

For this role, we require:

0-2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge in ASP .Net, Web Services, Java, and other programming languages
Experience in both manual and automated testing

Skills

Highly desirable skills for this role include:

Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Selenium, SOAP UI, QTP / Selenium
Experience in Manual Testing and Unit Testing
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
