Full Time Position

Responsibilities:

• Ensure policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and other compliance requirements are maintained.

• Must be dependable, flexible, and willing to take on new assignments as the Client needs change as well as the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented are important qualities due to the high level of activity within the department.

• Proficient with technology (MS Office, MS SharePoint, Webex meetings).

• Accreditation with DRII or BCI (preferably CBCP).

• Minimum of three years experience in business continuity.

• Experience with supporting an exercise/testing program.

• Prior support of compliance/audit activities.

• Proficient with project/program management.

• All employees conduct themselves in an honest, ethical, inclusive, and professional manner.

• Flexibility with work schedule.

• Collaboration, compliance oversight, and Relation-building are critical.
