Store Assistant Job Description

 

Join our team at KEDS, Allen, a vibrant and customer-focused retail store dedicated to offer local communities some of the best tasting flavors from around the world and supreme quality products.

 
Job Title: Store helper
The Store Helper is responsible for supporting the store operations by assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and processing transactions.
 

Key Responsibilities (Detailed but Concise):

  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering their questions.
  • Operate the cash register/POS system and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and cleaning the sales floor.
  • Assist with receiving and unpacking shipments.
  • Restock merchandise and ensure products are properly priced and displayed.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Follow store policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment.
 
Compensation: Based on experience.
