Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Associate to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This exciting role is in our Gems & Jewellery department, where you will be assisting our customers in finding the perfect piece. You will be a key part of our sales team, providing superior customer service and helping us meet our sales goals. You will also have the opportunity to work in various shifts including part-time, full time, evening, and weekend. This is an excellent opportunity for you to grow your career in the retail industry. We offer permanent W2, contract W2, and 1099-contract positions.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to all customers
• Assisting with stocking and organizing our jewellery collections
• Handling cash management and accounts receivable duties
• Working with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 0-10 years of experience in Sales, Financial Services, or a related field
• US Citizen, Green Card, EAD / TN, H4, L2 status

Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in telemarketing and sales
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in retail, particularly in a jewellery store, is a plus
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and cash management

Salary
