Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to support the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in SQL, data integration, and data modeling, with exposure to cloud platforms and modern data engineering tools. This role involves working closely with analysts, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business and technical requirements to support data pipeline and integration development.
Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT processes to collect, transform, and load data from various sources.
Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to manipulate large datasets for analytical use.
Work with structured and unstructured data from relational databases, APIs, flat files, and cloud storage.
Support the development and maintenance of data warehouses, data lakes, and other data storage solutions.
Collaborate with Data Analysts, BI Developers, and stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure data availability.
Monitor data pipelines for performance, reliability, and data quality issues.
Assist in data validation, profiling, and cleaning activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Document data pipeline processes, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
Continuously learn and apply best practices in data engineering, cloud technologies, and automation tools.
