Order Processing Manager Job Description

Located in Miramar. San Diego-based online e-commerce store, seeking Order Processing Manager. Flexible hours for Full Time/ Part Time available M-F.
Job Requirement:
- Review daily shipment log
- Input orders into the company system
- Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
- Track shipments and update the master list
- Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
- Communicate delivery updates with the sales team
- Monitor inventory and order more supplies when necessary
Order Processor Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of shipping or logistics experience (preferred)
- Data entry experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Other Duties when required:
- Fulfill customer orders with pick tickets
- Fulfill PO orders
- Move materials off racks and package for shipment.
- Follow all safety codes.
- Place merchandise on pallets or shelves for distribution.
- Record amounts of materials or items received.
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.
