We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-driven General Manager to join our team at PAPA LOCOS FUSION GRILL in Show Low, AZ. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to manage and oversee the operations of our Indian-Mexican fusion restaurant, ensuring top-notch customer service, optimal sales, and efficient operations.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Performing operational analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement effective strategies.
• Managing inventory control to ensure that our kitchen is always stocked with necessary ingredients.
• Supervising front desk activities to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Coordinating catering services for special events or large orders.

Salary

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $28 to $32 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar role in the Hotels / Restaurants industry.
• Valid work visa.

Skills

• Proven ability in Sales and Customer Service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Experience in Hotels/Restaurants operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the establishment.
• Proficiency in Operations Analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
• Excellent skills in Front Desk management, ensuring pleasant guest experience.
• Cooking and Inventory Control skills, ensuring high-quality food and efficient stocking.
• Catering skills, managing large orders and special events effectively.
