Shift Details:

This role offers a consistent schedule with operating hours from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Your shift will be 8.5 hours long, providing a great balance within these operational hours.

Pay rate : $18/hr

Responsibilities:

• Be a point of contact: Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email, providing prompt and helpful support.
• Solve problems: Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, diagnosing and resolving issues effectively.
• Keep things moving: Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Manage information: Scan haul-away pods, verify stamps, and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders with precision.

Preferred Skills:

• 1 year of related experience, especially in a call center, would be a great asset.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus

Required Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
