Key Responsibilities (Updated with Technology Stack and Agent-Based AI Focus):

Full Stack Development:

Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end features of IntraIntel.ai, using the latest frameworks and technologies such as React.js for front-end and Node.js with Express.js for back-end development. Ensure seamless integration with various cloud data sources such as AWS, Google Drive, and SharePoint.

Agent-Based Generative AI Development:

Implement and enhance the Generative AI capabilities using LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. Work on Agent-based AI that interacts with data from AWS, Google Cloud Storage, and local storage, ensuring that users receive real-time, intelligent insights from fragmented data.

Data Retrieval & Transformation:

Build and optimize Document Loaders, Text Splitters, and Vector Stores using tools like FaissStore and OpenAI Embeddings to process and store unstructured data. Work on the trainer and chatbot services to automate document ingestion and data processing, ensuring efficient AI-powered data interaction.

Backend API Integration:

Create and manage APIs for seamless data integration from multiple sources. Ensure secure, fast access to data through backend services like getFileService.js and dataUploadingService.js. Build efficient retrieval systems using VectorStores for large-scale unstructured data processing.

Collaboration & Real-Time Insights:

Integrate ConversationalRetrievalQAChain from LangChain to facilitate real-time AI-powered conversations and query responses from the user interface (UI). Use OpenAI GPT-3.5 Turbo for conversational capabilities and integrate it with the backend to enhance user experience.

Scalability & Optimization:

Focus on optimizing the platform for scalability and performance. Utilize cloud-based services and architecture to process vast amounts of data, ensuring high availability and responsiveness. Implement caching mechanisms and optimize database queries to improve platform performance.

Security & Compliance:

Ensure that all user data and interactions with the platform comply with regulatory standards like HIPAA, FedRAMP, and PCI-DSS. Work with the security team to implement encryption, RBAC, and data handling protocols.
