Developer Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about working with data to uncover insights and support business decision-making. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and report on data using various tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
Assist in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights.
Support senior analysts and business teams with data requests and ad-hoc analysis.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
Maintain data integrity and quality by identifying and correcting inconsistencies.
Document data processes, definitions, and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
