Assistant Property Manager Jobs in M & M Homes Jacksonville, FL

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales and leasing process, including creating and maintaining listings, showing properties to potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
• Oversee the maintenance of properties, including scheduling repairs and coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that all properties are in good condition and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Manage and maintain all contracts and files related to property management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between tenants and property owners. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all property-related activities. Work closely with property owners to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the level of service provided.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the property management process.
• Stay up-to-date with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to real estate and tenant-landlord relationships.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and that any necessary repairs are made in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
