Key Responsibilities

? Develop, enhance, test, support, and debug Java-based software applications.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable, high-quality releases.
? Provide strategic technical direction and define system architecture for various initiatives.
? Create prototypes and UML diagrams to communicate design concepts.
? Participate in all phases of the SDLC — from analysis and design to testing and deployment.
? Identify and mitigate software development and testing risks.
? Recommend technological innovations that strengthen the organization’s competitive edge.
? Estimate effort and coordinate with programming teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

?? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
?? 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
?? Strong expertise in Spring Framework and Spring Boot for developing RESTful services.
?? Experience with Apache Kafka for data streaming and integration.
