Job Summary:
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with test automation tools, scripting languages, CI/CD processes, and a strong understanding of software testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Build and manage test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, or PyTest.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA analysts, and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and automation scope.
Execute and monitor automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and delivery.
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Work with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) to validate backend services and integrations.
Implement performance and load testing using frameworks like JMeter or Locust.
Maintain and enhance test environments, data, and configurations to support automated and manual testing needs.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing best practices, and documentation requirements.
Stay updated with the latest automation tools, frameworks, and QA trends to continuously improve testing processes.
