JOB DESCRIPTION: Generate New Leases and Renewals Local area marketing to generate prospects Follow up with prospects, scheduling appointments Touring apartments Reviewing applications and generating background credit history and screening reports. Other miscellaneous duties as required. Ability to Follows Policies and Procedures Work Experience Minimum 1 Year Multi-Family Experience HOURS & COMPENSATION Work Hours : Permanent Full Time Position ? 40+ Hours / Week Saturday Work Required (at least twice a month) Compensation & Benefits: Hourly = $10 or more (Based on experience) Commission = $50.00 per new lease, 1 month rent increase - per renewal.
