The Offline Data Collection & Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for collecting, capturing, organizing, and submitting high-quality real-world data from offline and physical sources within the United States. This role supports large-scale AI/ML data programs by ensuring accurate, diverse, and compliant data submissions aligned with strict client requirements.
The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to data quality standards, and the ability to follow structured guidelines for data collection, categorization, and submission. The role is ideal for individuals with experience in data entry, field data collection, quality assurance, or process-driven operational work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Offline Data Collection
Capture real-world data exclusively from offline/physical sources such as:
Receipts (limited usage)
Menus
Posters and flyers
Storefront signage
Outdoor advertisements
In-store notices
Campus and community bulletin boards
Wrapped trucks and delivery signage
Ensure all data is collected within the United States and reflects genuine real-world environments.
Avoid web-based, digitally generated, or reused content.
2. Copy Value Data Capture
Collect and submit images covering multiple copy value categories, including:
Business name / place
Business address
Phone number
Email address
Website URL
Non-sensitive payment information
Order numbers and document IDs
Dates, schedules, and validity periods
Reference or tracking numbers (with personal data redacted)
Ensure clarity, readability, and accurate representation of printed text.
Minimize reliance on receipts and maximize diversity of physical sources.
3. Cancelled Reservation Data Collection
Capture mobile screenshots showing final cancelled status for non-transport reservations.
Work across approved subcategories such as:
Medical
Restaurant
Accommodation
Culture
Fitness & Sports
Education
Government / Public services
Beauty
Equipment rental
Other non-transport services
Ensure mandatory fields are visible:
Provider name
Reservation start date/time
Reservation or booking code
Clear cancelled status
Exclude all transportation-related reservations.
4. Event Ticket Data Collection
Collect confirmed event tickets for real, attended, or valid US-based events.
Ensure tickets show:
Event name
Venue/location
Date and time
Seat/section/zone or GA access details
Avoid cancelled tickets, passes, or reservation-style confirmations.
Submit only genuine mobile screenshots with full system UI visible.
5. Data Entry & Organization
Upload all images to Google Drive following a strict folder structure:
Date-wise folders
Category-wise subfolders (Copy Value, Event Tickets, Cancelled Reservation)
Ensure correct categorization to prevent misclassification.
Maintain naming consistency and submission accuracy.
6. Quality Control & Compliance
Review submissions before upload to ensure:
No personal identifiable information (PII)
No faces, OTPs, passwords, or sensitive financial data
Compliance with HIPAA and GDPR principles
Avoid duplicate, blurry, cropped, or edited images.
Follow all Do’s and Don’ts outlined in the project SOP.
7. Adherence to Guidelines & Deadlines
Meet strict submission deadlines for each category.
Follow volume distribution requirements across subcategories.
Ensure timely delivery aligned with project targets.
Rework or replace rejected data if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow structured instructions and SOPs
Basic understanding of smartphones and mobile screenshots
Familiarity with Google Drive and folder management
Time management and self-discipline
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior experience in data entry, field collection, audits, or QA is preferred
