•Served as a Business Analyst to evaluate current IAM and CIAM processes, define gaps, and propose a future-
state roadmap with actionable recommendations.
•Served as a Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements for IGA implementation, onboarding
applications and implementing preventive and detective Separation of Duties (SoD) controls in Oracle Identity
Manager (OIM) 12c.
•Assisted in gathering requirements for the implementation of a Greenfield identity governance solution in
SailPoint, facilitating the seamless migration of user accounts from legacy systems through Brownfield activities.
Ensured data integrity and compliance while supporting the security and operational needs of a global
pharmaceutical company.
•Assisted in gathering requirements for a Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) system using
Microsoft Azure B2C to enable seamless integration with social platform for an energy supplier.
•Performed end-to-end regression testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for
role-based access controls (RBAC) and separation of duties (SoD) to ensure system functionality, security, and
compliance with organizational policies.
•Utilized Rally to create epics, features, user stories and test cases to clear acceptance criteria to track progress,
maintain documentation, report on project performance.
•Configured rules, policies, scan definitions for SoD governance controls in OIM.
•Drafted, managed, and delivered daily and weekly reports to executive leadership.
•Assisted in developing the Power BI reporting tool to deliver weekly and monthly reports.
•Created high-quality, audit-ready evidence packages, including PPM, Business Requirement Documents, and
Framework documents, to support successful audits.
•Served as a PMO, overseeing the onboarding of database roles and implementing business and IT Separation of
Duties (SoD) for a large U.S. bank with a user base of over 170,000 and more than 2,000 applications on Oracle
Identity Manager 12c.
