v  Wells Fargo: I managed high volume real estate loan applications, coordinated internal & external parties to gather the documents & incoming payment, performed customer account reconciliation daily, ensuring accuracy, resolved discrepancies related to loan accounts, maintained financial data in the system for audit purposes, while following strict guidelines.

v  Stanford Federal Credit Union & Western Bancorp: At these financial institutions, I prepared and issued loan document with updated fees, assisted the team in incoming and outcomings payments, performed reconciliations and maintained loan records.
