A business analyst is a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. As a BA, I was responsible for reviewing CR, producing BRD, FRD, scope analysis, gap analysis, data validation, data mapping documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The back-end portal includes financial (payer portal, 835 reconciliation), reporting, and operations (continuation with business processes).

I have worked on joint application design, and with that, I have covered the EDI messaging standard in X12 format. For example, 835,837 on baches and 270,271 on real-time transactions.
