Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive in Iselin, NJ. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales in the Store, providing customer service support, coordinating with customers, completing monthly sale targets, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in the Store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate sales associate.
• Addressing customer inquiries and complaints through our portal.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
• Engaging with potential and existing customers to promote our services/products.
• Identifying sales opportunities and closing deals.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (or higher).
• Gender: Female or Male
• Experience: We are looking for candidates with good, relevant experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Personality: A charming personality is essential. We're seeking someone who can build rapport easily and represent our company positively.
• Skills: Basic phone etiquette and strong communication skills.Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and operate our customer service portal.
• Language (Plus): Proficiency in Hindi, any other Indian language, or Spanish would be a significant advantage.
