Therapist Job Description

Looking for energetic Pediatric Occupational Therapists licensed in NJ to provide Home Care in the area mentioned above. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional passionate about delivering quality home care and making a real difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients in their homes and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
  • Provide OT treatments to patients in the comfort of their homes
  • Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
  • Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in OT or higher from an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Valid NJ state license to practice OT and NJ registration
