Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel.
• Ensure the front desk provides top-notch customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintain an optimal level of inventory control.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotel.
• Coordinate with the kitchen department for the cake and other food items.
• Oversee the sales and customer service department for efficient performance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a valid work visa and prior experience in the hotel/restaurant industry. A strong understanding of hotel operations and a background in sales and customer service is necessary.
