Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Property Inspector to join our team at LAMBDA REAL ESTATE. This role is based in the beautiful Edison, NJ region and offers a competitive remuneration package ranging from $10,000 to $20,000 on a monthly basis. The job comes in a variety of contracts including W2-Permanent, W2-Contract, 1099-Contract, Part-time, Internship, Temporary, Online / Remote, and Work from home options. We welcome US Citizens, Green Card holders, and those with an EAD / TN status.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Inspect properties to ensure they meet the necessary standards and regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports on property conditions.
• Collaborate closely with the property management team.
• Recommend necessary repairs and improvements.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $10,000 to $20,000 per month, dependent on the experience and skills of the candidate.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in property inspection or related role.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
