Job Description: Cosmetologist (All-Rounder)

About the Role

LANA is seeking a talented and versatile Cosmetologist who can perform a wide range of beauty and spa services. The ideal candidate should be professional, friendly, and confident in providing high-quality treatments while ensuring an excellent guest experience. This is an all-rounder role suitable for someone skilled in multiple areas of beauty and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Nail Care

• Perform manicures, pedicures, gel polish application, nail shaping, cuticle work, and basic nail art.

• Provide gel polish removal and maintain nail hygiene standards.

Skin Care

• Perform facials, clean-ups, exfoliation, and basic skincare treatments.

• Analyze skin type and recommend suitable treatments.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Hair Removal & Grooming

• Provide waxing, threading, and eyebrow shaping services.

• Maintain proper hygiene and technique to ensure client comfort.

Massage (Basic Relaxation Massages Only – No Ayurveda)

• Offer relaxation body massage, foot massage, and head/shoulder massage.

• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the service.

General Spa Operations

• Welcome clients warmly and maintain a professional demeanor.

• Assist with reception duties when needed (booking, room prep, simple admin tasks).

• Keep treatment rooms clean, sanitized, and well-organized.

• Recommend home-care products and post-treatment advice.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or certification in Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy.

• 1–3 years of experience in a spa, salon, or wellness center.

• Strong skills in nail care, skincare, waxing, and relaxation massage.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently or with a team.

• Punctual, responsible, and service-focused.
