Expectations/duties looking for:

    Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained
    Communicate and collaborate with other team members
    Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers
    Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance
    To take care of maintenance and preventive care of the warehouse equipment including trucks
    To keep the high standard of housekeeping and safety at the workplace

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including but not limited to receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Ensure warehouse staff compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle import/export logistics, coordinating with various stakeholders.

Salary

The offered salary for this position ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Must have a valid work visa, US Citizen, or Green Card.
• Experience in the Food & Beverages sector is a plus.
• Experience with Corp-Corp operations is desirable.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
• Proficient in operations analysis and logistics/transportation.
• Experience in a warehouse setting, particularly in import/export.
