Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sample Distribution Specialist to manage the distribution of product samples using a small truck. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of samples to clients or stakeholders. The ideal candidate must hold a valid driver’s license, possess excellent organizational skills, and be committed to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a small truck to deliver product samples to clients, customers, or designated locations.
• Ensure proper loading, transportation, and unloading of samples to maintain quality and safety.
• Maintain delivery schedules and ensure timely distribution of samples.
• Keep accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to fulfill sample requests efficiently.
• Inspect samples for quality assurance before packaging and distribution.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving the truck.
• Perform basic maintenance checks on the vehicle and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving small trucks or delivery vehicles preferred.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable with extended periods of driving and physical activity.
